“At a certain point in our lives, we lose control of what’s happening to us, and our lives become controlled by fate.”The refreshing twist is: “That’s the world’s greatest lie.” I share this belief with Paulo Coelho. Choosing therapy is a meaningful act of self‑care, and I’m here to support you throughout the process.

A space where you come first
In my work as a therapist, I’ve supported people through a wide variety of experiences and emotional landscapes. I’ve worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, isolation, or periods of feeling stuck or uncertain. Further, I’ve also accompanied people as they recovered from traumatic experiences, or an unhealthy or abusive relationship, or carried the weight of unresolved childhood issues. Some clients have come to explore identity questions, spiritual or existential concerns, and their hopes or fears about the future. Alongside this, I’ve also supported people living with ongoing challenges such as chronic pain, neurodivergence, gender dysphoria, low self-esteem, academic or professional pressure, grief, and major life transitions.
Whatever you bring to the space, I will meet you where you are and adapt to your individual needs.
What shapes my practice
Qualified in psychodynamic therapy and the person-centred approach, I focus on creating and holding a compassionate, confidential, non-judgemental space where it feels safe to be your authentic self, heal emotional wounds, and make impactful changes to your life. Beyond my foundational training, I continually expand my understanding by learning from other therapeutic modalities, allowing my practice to remain multifaceted and creative. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I uphold their professional quality standards, grounding my practice in ethical care, respect, honesty and integrity. In our work together, we can draw on a variety of methods to gently open up your inner experience, deepening the connection between your mind and body, and inviting your “felt sense” to guide your introspection. This term, introduced by psychotherapist and philosopher Eugene Gendlin describes the internal, holistic aura that we physically hold in our body. We can look at how you relate to others, to the world around you, and to yourself. We might also explore the words that naturally arise for you and work with them in a curious, playful way. How we use language can offer insight into how we think, feel, and perceive, whether consciously or unconsciously, shaped by reflection, habits, beliefs, experiences, or the relationships and environments that have influenced us over time. You remain in control and choose the direction that feels meaningful, while I stay alongside you and facilitate your unfolding process at your pace.
